Got a package saying they would be wine waiting in the room and as it was mine and my husbands wedding anniversary we was looking forward to this when we got there is wasn't in the room called the reception and they told me it was no longer available as of a week ago, we didn't get notified of this before arrival so we ended up having to buy a bottle of wine at the pub which was the only place available and in walking distance as we got dropped off so me and my husband could both have a drink which ended up being expensive

What was the highlight of The Old Mill Rooms
A lovely overnighter
We stayed in one of a section of rooms next to the windmill. Communication was friendly and prompt. We requested an early check in, as we were attending a birthday lunch and were contacted within half an hour to advise this was possible. We were welcomed by lovely staff as were parking up and they showed us to our beautifully clean and furnished room. The room was warm and the bed so comfy, it made us want to stay another night. It had an en-suite bathroom, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. We would definitely return.
The road leading to the property was a touch rocky but not a problem if you drive slow and steady. Maybe a bigger clearer sign as we drove past the entrance twice ????
